MNM Medical Recruiters Canada is seeking expressions of interest from a suitably qualified and experienced Director Clinical Nursing – Nursing Admin on behalf of a reputed Hospital in Qaseem, Saudi Arabia
Nationalities:
Nationals of USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Australia, Sweden, New Zealand & South Africa.
Education Director Clinical Nursing – Nursing Admin:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration, Health Administration or equivalent.
- MBA, Phd degree is preferable.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Valid license to practice as Registered Nurse
- Desirable: with Valid Saudi Council as Nursing Specialist.
Experience Director Clinical Nursing – Nursing Admin:
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Nursing management and leadership and/or Previous three (3) years’ experience as Director of Nursing or Nursing Management at a level directly reporting to a Director of Nursing.
- Minimum of six (6) years’ experience as a Registered Nurse with two (2) years’ experience as a Senior Nurse Manager
- Previous experience in Middle Eastern healthcare delivery.
Professional Li-censure/Registration:
The applicant must have a valid professional license,
Must have Good standing status.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English – Oral and Written.
