Nursing Experience in Saudi Arabia – I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to MNM Recruiters Canada for all that they have done for me in such a short space of time.

Seeking Employment Assistance

I submitted a request to get assistance in securing employment, and in less than 24 hours, I received a prompt response from them on the process. I was assisted with restructuring my CV, which helped a lot, as within a week I was shortlisted for several facilities, and they secured interviews for me, all of which were from very prestigious institutions.

Interview Preparation and Support

I was assisted in preparing for interviews and had the help of an expert medical consultant with many accolades. He spent more than an hour coaching me, and I was well prepared for the interview.

Exceptional Agency Support

I got a good job offer, but MNM Recruiters Canada negotiated for the best offer with a higher salary package and a family contract, something I never thought was possible for me. I am still in awe.

Gratitude for Support and Transition

I am truly grateful and will definitely recommend the agency to all my friends and colleagues who wish to secure good employment at renowned institutions abroad.

Arrival and Transition Experience

I arrived on the 26th of October, and I was just realizing it had been a month already. It feels like a few days, and the experience has been so amazing. I am very grateful for your assistance with the MNM team.

Initial Nursing Experience in Saudi Arabia

The following has happened since I arrived:

  1. I was well received and was given five days off after my arrival to rest and explore Riyadh.
  2. I have been in the unit for almost three weeks, and so far it is going well, beyond what I expected. I got allocated to the Maternity Obstetrics Assessment Unit, which is where all the adrenaline gets pumped up, and I enjoy it more. The charge nurse is leaving in a few months, after which I will be the only charge nurse, but I am adjusting well so far.
  3. I got my Iqama, and the hospital opened my account, and yesterday I got my first salary. It was the amount they signed on the offer, and I was expecting it to be less as they do not give allowances if you have not completed your probation.
  4. When I arrived, they accommodated me in a shared apartment with three other South African ladies. Two weeks ago, they moved me to a single, three-bedroom apartment, which I am not sharing with anyone.

5. They gave me the forms already to start applying for my family to come to Saudi Arabia on a permanent visa, and I will book flights for them. It will be a long process, though, so I think they will visit on a family visit visa over Christmas, and we can do the process later next year.

6. Thanks to the lovely team at MNM Medical Recruiters Canada, who assisted me from beginning to end.

I am really loving Riyadh, and I can’t wait for my family to come and explore this with me. It is a lovely city.
