The Process of Medical Recruitment – In the competitive field of international medical recruitment, a smooth and efficient process is essential to ensure that hospitals receive well-qualified candidates while candidates feel confident throughout their journey toward a new role. To provide clarity, here’s an overview of our recruitment process, carefully outlining each step, from the initial contact to the final shortlisting by the hospital.

1. Initial CV Request

The journey begins when we request the candidate’s CV. This document is essential to understanding the candidate’s background, qualifications, and experience.

2. MNM Medical Review Committee Approval

Once the CV is received, it is submitted to the MNM Medical Review Committee (MMRC) for approval. This step ensures that the candidate meets the basic qualifications and standards required by the medical institutions we partner with.

3. Request for Documents

After MMRC approval, we ask the candidate to provide additional important documents, including:

  • Educational certificates
  • Medical license
  • Passport

All of these documents are handled with the utmost care and kept in strict confidentiality. We ensure that your personal information is only shared with the relevant hospital or committee members for the purpose of recruitment.

4. CV Revision and Formatting

Upon receiving the necessary documents, we revise the CV according to the specific MNM format as required by the hospital’s guidelines. This step standardizes the CV, ensuring that all necessary details are included and presented in a format that the hospital prefers.

5. Candidate Approval of Revised CV

Once we format the CV, we send it back to the candidate for their review and approval. This way, the candidate remains fully aware of the final version of their profile that we present to the hospital.

6. Submission to the Hospital

After the candidate approves the revised CV, we promptly submit both the CV and credentials to the hospital and then await their response. This step ensures that everything is in order for the hospital to review the candidate’s qualifications.

7. Timeframe

This entire process typically takes about 5 to 6 weeks, depending on the candidate’s responsiveness and the hospital’s timeline for reviewing documents.

8. Hospital Shortlisting

Once the hospital reviews the submitted materials, they will shortlist the candidate if they meet their requirements.

9. Arranging a Meeting with the Hospital

For shortlisted candidates, we arrange a meeting with the hospital team. This could involve interviews or additional discussions, allowing the hospital to assess the candidate further.

10. Offer Letter and Mutual Approval

After a successful interview, the hospital will then send an offer letter to the selected candidate. Once both the hospital and the candidate have mutually agreed on the terms outlined in the offer letter, we can subsequently proceed with the next step in the process.

11. Deployment Process

With the offer letter approved, we move forward with the deployment process, ensuring all logistical and legal requirements are met for the candidate to start their new position.

The medical recruitment process is designed to be both thorough and efficient. Although it may take 5 to 6 weeks, this time ensures that every aspect, from document verification to interview preparation, is completed to the highest standard. Additionally, we handle your information with complete confidentiality throughout the journey, ensuring a seamless experience for both the hospital and the candidate.
